Adult Run Coaching

Our experienced coaches work with adults from 18-80 years who want to get fitter, lose weight, improve run technique or achieve a specific run goal. For adults and families, we offer individual run coaching sessions, family sessions and virtual coaching sessions.

Personal Run Coaching

We offer coaching for individuals who want to improve various aspects of their running:

  • Functional: technique, returning from injury

  • Run fitness: Improving fitness, speed, agility

  • Outcome based: Training towards a specific event or sport

  • Wellbeing: Running as a pathway to improve mental and physical health

This is relevant for those with a running focus and for athletes from other sports wanting to improve their fitness and speed.  We take the time to understand your run history and what you want to achieve, then work with you to develop a plan and work towards your goal outcome.

Adult Personal Run Coaching Pricing

  • Single Run Coaching session: $65 - PAY HERE

  • 5-Session Run Coaching package: $300 - PAY HERE

  • Discounts available for 2 or more participants (ask us)

Note: Sessions held outside the broader ‘Bayside’ Melbourne area may incur an additional fee.
